If you have come across one of our job ads online or on social media, it will direct you to our ‘Work With Us’ page. We recommend you:

- Browse our website and find out about what we do
- Watch our testimonials from our team
You will be able to view our vacancies. Once you have taken some time to review the available positions and descriptions to find one that best matches your skills and fill out an application, you have taken the first step!
If your application meets the criteria, it will then be shortlisted for an interview. Our interview panel consists of two members of our senior team. A member of our admin team will then contact you to arrange an interview time.
The interview process is in two stages.
The first stage will be online, where you will meet with our interview panel and answer planned questions relevant to the role you are applying for.
If successful at this stage, you will then be invited for the second and final stage of the interview, where we invite you into the relevant service to meet with our team and children.
We recommend you prepare for the interview by researching us and thinking about how your skills and experience align with the childcare industry and what we are looking for!
As part of the application process, we will conduct background checks and request references.
Be prepared to provide contact information for two references who can vouch for your skills, qualifications and characteristics.
Here’s the great bit! If you successfully pass the interview stage and background check, we will extend a job offer. It is important that you review the offer carefully, including details such as the role, benefits and start date.
If you choose to join our team, our admin team will ask that you complete some additional documents before your start date,e including completion of a PVG.
