At Indigo we are a passionate and caring organisation that put the care of our children and young people as well as their families first and this is the core of our company values.

We are a modern-thinking childcare group that focuses on finding innovative ways to provide the best quality of care for children and positively impact the lives of their families and our local community. We are a fast-paced, fun environment for the children and our team, there is no such thing as a boring day at Indigo. Our mindset is, that if you are an enthusiastic and inspiring individual, our child will learn from you, to be the same. Our team is constantly looking for ways to improve their skills and grow as individuals. After all, our team makes the group the success it is, and we are proud to offer the opportunity to develop and excel.

Growing Leaders

Leaders aren't all at the top. At Indigo we believe that Individuals at all levels should be given opportunities to lead. We want to grow leadership skills, understanding and behaviours across all roles in order that each individual feels ownership of the organisation and is empowered to make the best decisions for themselves and the children and families they support. In sharing leadership behaviours, team members other than the head or manager will be enabled to take an active lead in achieving our vision. The children and young people are supported to make decisions about the service they are a part of, the team consult with them about all aspects of their learning development and care to ensure we are providing them with the right care and support to realise the potential.
