Lead Child Development Officer (6 months), Family Matters Weekend Service


Are you vibrant, passionate about growth and looking for a chance to gain further leadership experience? Your time will predominantly be spent leading the delivery of the programme, there will also be some office time, and time spent supporting, coaching and developing staff, building and maintaining trusting relationships with children, staff and parents and ensuring that the service is operating to the highest standard by being an outstanding leadership role model, embracing the Indigo Group values and guiding principles. Your time will be spent planning and delivering fun and rich experiences for children and young people using a model of co-production, ensuring that children and young people are involved in every step of the programme planning.
