We are excited to share with you our newest payment facility, where you can now pay online for your childcare at Indigo Childcare Group.
We understand it's not always possible to catch us during working hours, so we’ve made it easier for you to make your payments 24/7.
Before making your payment please ensure that you know the amount you need to pay. If you are unsure of the amount to pay, please call us on 0141 634 6161, our Admin & Finance team will be happy to help you.
Here is a step by step guide to making your payment:
Step 1- Scroll down to the payment form.
Step 2– Fill out your details and add the amount you want to pay, then click the Pay Now button. You can find your Account Reference Number on the Famly App on your child’s profile (next to their name). You will need your account reference number (found next to your child's name on the Famly app) to ensure your payment goes to your account.

Step 3– You will then be redirected to select your payment method and fill out your card details.
Step 4- Once you have entered your card details, you can review your full order before hitting the payment button.
Step 5- Your payment will then be authorised and an email confirmation will be sent directly to Inbox.
Disclaimer: Your security is important to us, we do not store your credit card information. Online payments are passed via a secure system to a payment processor.
