The Indigo Annual Awards
With that in mind, in 2023, we introduced the Indigo Annual Awards. These awards recognise the commitment and passion our team show every day.
We want to celebrate success and the best of what we do, but we also want to learn and grow from it. Each of the awards is voted for by the whole team and acknowledges commitment to specific values.
The nominations are independently assessed by a panel of experts, and a celebration dinner is held to announce the winners and celebrate the successes of the whole team for that year.
