Growing Leaders

Leaders aren't all at the top. At Indigo we believe that Individuals at all levels should be given opportunities to lead. We want to grow leadership skills, understanding and behaviours across all roles in order that each individual feels ownership of the organisation and is empowered to make the best decisions for themselves and the children and families they support. In sharing leadership behaviours, team members other than the head or manager will be enabled to take an active lead in achieving our vision. The children and young people are supported to make decisions about the service they are a part of, the team consult with them about all aspects of their learning development and care to ensure we are providing them with the right care and support to realise the potential.
